Map Search (Show Map)

Definition:

Search for listings by drawing various shapes on a map.

  1. If you have not already entered any area criteria, you can enter a starting location by typing it into the Jump to Address box; either an Address, Zip Code or Landmark.

From the map screen, you can:

  • Search map using shapes
  • Search using Drive Time
  • View MLS listing information
  • Select listings
  • View map layers
  • View parcel information
  • Choose a map view
  • Search using the Locate Me function

You can add additional criteria to your map search by clicking the Criteria tab or button.

Radius

Definition:

The distance (in miles) from the center point of a chosen location.

How to Search:
  1. Select or enter a distance (in miles)
  2. Enter one of the following:
    • MLS#
    • Address
    • Landmark
    • Zip Code

You can click on My Location to use your current location as a center point for the radius search.
