Status - Dates or Days

Definition:

Search for listings by their current statuses.

• Select All – selects all check boxes and populates predefined date ranges (e.g.: 1-180)

• Select None - clears all check boxes and date ranges.

Options:

Active

A Listing/Rental Agreement is in place. The property is available for showings, and has no accepted Agreement of Sale/Signed Lease.

Active Under Contract

Listing has an Agreement of Sale with contingencies or a rental application has been received. Property is available to show and accept backup offers or additional applications.

Cancelled

Seller/Landlord and listing broker have terminated the Listing Agreement prior to its expiration date.

Closed

Settlement has concluded, or the lease agreement has been signed and deposits have been collected.

Coming Soon

The listing is being prepared for marketing within 21 days (longer for New Construction or properties with Major Renovations). No showings are allowed.

Coming Soon listings are not syndicated to Homesnap Pro, Zillow, realtor.com or any other IDX/Internet Advertising sites. If you do come across a Coming Soon listing on any of these sites, it is because the brokerage entered the listing manually through the website and not through Bright.

Expired

The expiration date on the Listing Agreement has passed and an extension has not been secured.

Temporarily Off Market

Seller/Landlord has requested that showings be temporarily suspended.

Pending

Listing has an accepted contract (Agreement of Sale) or pending lease agreement and has not closed. Seller/Landlord does not want showings or backup contracts/applications.

Withdrawn

Marketing has ceased, but the Listing Agreement is still in effect.

How to Search:

Make your selections by clicking the checkboxes.

You can also add a date range to search the selected status by.

For each status, you can enter either:

A single date (Example: 2/14/2014, 30)
After and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014+ or >2/14/2014 )
Before and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014- or <2/14/2014)
A range (Example: 2/14/2014-6/20/2015)
Rolling days (Example 30+, 30-, <30, >30, 30-60)
Before 0- or After 0+ today's date.

Click Calendar icon .
Select the start and end dates from the calendar.
Click OK.
