Agreement of Sale Date

Definition:

The date an offer was accepted and the listing was no longer on market.

Options:

Fixed Date: select a specific start and end date.

Rolling Date: select a specified length of time to search in the past.

How to Search:

• A single date (Example: 2/14/2014, 30)
• After and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014+ or >2/14/2014 )
• Before and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014- or <2/14/2014)
• A range (Example: 2/14/2014-6/20/2015)
• Rolling days (Example 30+, 30-, <30, >30, 30-60)
• Before 0- or After 0+ today's date.

OR

1. Click Calendar icon .
2. Select the start and end dates from the calendar.
3. Click OK.
