Cumulative Days on Market, or CDOM, is the sum of Days on Market (DOM) for multiple listings of one property, when there are 61 days or less between the end of one listing and the start of another. In other words, CDOM is an accurate representation of the total amount of time a property has been on market, even if it has been Expired, Cancelled or Withdrawn and then relisted by any office. CDOM provides a more accurate representation of the total amount of time a property has been on market, even if it has been listed multiple times by multiple agents.
