Definition:

When the listing is in Under Contract or Contract status, this is the proposed closing (settlement) date. When the listing is in Closed status, this is the actual date of the settlement.

How to Search:
  • A single date (Example: 2/14/2014, 30)
  • After and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014+ or >2/14/2014 )
  • Before and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014- or <2/14/2014)
  • A range (Example: 2/14/2014-6/20/2015)
  • Rolling days (Example 30+, 30-, <30, >30, 30-60)
  • Before 0- or After 0+ today's date.
