Bright Ocean City Maryland MLS Areas

Help Topic 17541

In order to accommodate the import of listings from the Coastal MLS to Bright as well as the needs of Coastal subscribers, the following MLS areas have been added to the MLS Area list on Bright MLS. These MLS areas are available now and are all located within Ocean City, Maryland.

Direct Oceanfront (80): All properties located directly on the ocean; For buildings- the listed unit faces EAST (looks directly at the ocean.) Titled “80 OC Direct Oceanfront “ in the Coastal MLS.

Indirect Ocean View (81): A direct oceanfront building and the listed unit faces NORTH, SOUTH OR WEST and may or may not have an ocean view. Titled “81 OC Ocean View“ in the Coastal MLS.

Ocean Block (82): All properties located EAST of Coastal Highway but not directly ocean front; For buildings - the listed unit may or may not have an ocean view. Titled “82 OC Ocean Block“ in the Coastal MLS.

Bayside Interior (83): All properties located WEST of Coastal Highway not directly on the bay or canal. Titled “83 OC Bayside Interior“ in the Coastal MLS.

Bayside Waterfront (84): All properties located WEST of Coastal Highway and directly on the bay or canal. Titled “84 OC Bayside Waterfront“ in the Coastal MLS.

West Ocean City (85): All properties located NORTH of Chincoteague Bay; SOUTH of Isle of Wight Bay; EAST of Ayres Creek-Herring Creek; and WEST of Sinepuxent Bay in Worcester County, Maryland. Titled “85 West Ocean City“ in the Coastal MLS.
