Last Contingency Expires

Definition:

If one or more contingencies exist, this is that latest date for the resolution of the contingency. Certain contingencies may not be resolved or can be extended until the settlement. Under these circumstances use the proposed settlement date as the last contingency expires date.

How to Search:

• A single date (Example: 2/14/2014, 30)
• After and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014+ or >2/14/2014 )
• Before and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014- or <2/14/2014)
• A range (Example: 2/14/2014-6/20/2015)
• Rolling days (Example 30+, 30-, <30, >30, 30-60)
• Before 0- or After 0+ today's date.
