Listing Term Begins

Definition:

The date the listing term begins as outlined on the Listing Agreement. May or may not coincide with the date the Listing Agreement was signed by all parties.

How to Search:
  • A single date (Example: 2/14/2014, 30)
  • After and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014+ or >2/14/2014 )
  • Before and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014- or <2/14/2014)
  • A range (Example: 2/14/2014-6/20/2015)
  • Rolling days (Example 30+, 30-, <30, >30, 30-60)
  • Before 0- or After 0+ today's date.

OR

  1. Click Calendar icon Matrix calendar icon.
  2. Select the start and end dates from the calendar.
  3. Click OK.
