Off Market Date

Definition:

The date the listing was taken off market. Where possible, this date is reflective of the date entered by the agent reflecting when the change occurred contractually, not a timestamp of when the change was made in the MLS.

How to Search:

A single date (Example: 2/14/2014, 30)
After and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014+ or >2/14/2014 )
Before and equal to (Example: 2/14/2014- or <2/14/2014)
A range (Example: 2/14/2014-6/20/2015)
Rolling days (Example 30+, 30-, <30, >30, 30-60)
Before 0- or After 0+ today's date.
